This showflat project is a collection of 2 units sizes from 30 to 45 sqm with 6m ceiling height. All in loft style to create functional and cozy living spaces for young residents with modernized metropolitan lifestyles in China. The overall design approach is an interplay of the tone of light wood-color, white & warm gray for different aesthetic effects.

The organic shaped lobby area starts the living journey of tranquility & sensuousness to all the residents after a busy work life.

Flat A: A two-storied book shelves not sedulously designed in shape and a reading room on air leads to the whole space filled with strong atmosphere of modern design. A spiral staircase with perforated metal balustrade provide sight penetration & makes an artistic feeling of a limited area a large space with smooth flow.  

Flat B: A living space of warm wooden series in natural, soft & mild tone. With big bookshelves made of raw-woods that avoids tedious space, the design has enlarged the reading room and provides more area for use.
